I'm so excited about the game tomorrow. I know I'm getting sucked in but something seems different and hopefully it's going to manifest itself tomorrow. Please win, baby!

I remember a game at Miami when they had Marino and the Marks brothers high powered offense. We beat them with Marcus Allen running the ball.
Jacobs ain’t Marcus, but he’s going to have to play like Marcus to beat the fins.

Sorry, I didn’t see you’d already posted this before I made my post above. As you say, Marcus’s game.

Having said that … Marino had 470-odd yards passing. They torched the Raiders secondary, in the same game that the Raiders’ secondary got in their own fair share of big plays.

Fucking Bucky Brooks makes Mia’s O and D both sound elite. Not sure why we are even playing this game. Lol

My point exactly. Marino had his usual 400+ yards game. But did he win?
Only points matter. Not stats.
Like Al Davis told Plunkett before a game. “Jim, you don’t have to play well. Just win the game”.

Hahaha. Per this guy, there is no scheme that can stop Mia’s O.

There is no answer for a healthy Dolphins offense. No defense has the speed to match any of this, so the best a team can do is hang on for dear life and hope its offense can put points on the board. It's a terrible situation to prepare for, but incredible to watch from the safety of a couch every Sunday. There is no solution to the puzzle of the Dolphins' offense, and that fact very well may put Miami at the tippy-top of all time NFL offenses when it's all said and done.

How KC shut down Mia’s O: Multiple 2 safety looks, strategic use of man coverages, run blitzing to win early downs to get Mia to 3rd down, and strong pass rush from DL.

Tua is still a young QB. He has not come close to seeing everything a D can do.

This is Graham's best chance at showing he should be here next year.
