Chargers should’ve traded Herbert when he couldn’t beat out Taylor

Have no idea why the pats kept Maye when he couldn’t beat out Brisette

One can only hope his work ethic and smarts allow him to overcome his deficiencies. That's what seperates successful rookie quarterbacks from the glitzy failures!
