OT: Hall of Fame Game and my hate of all things NFL today...

The NFL pisses me off, you guys. I'm in Puh-hoe-nix for work and the hotel doesn't have NFL Network. Now, I have to take off my jammies and go to the ESPN Zone down the road to watch something that damn well oughta be on one of the networks like it ALWAYS has been.

I'm getting increasingly frustrated at the NFL...

AND its sponsored affiliates...

I was on Sirius Satellite radio today and the idiot hosting the show told me that zone blocking didn't involve cut blocking and only Denver and Atlanta really use cut blocking. He then dropped Alex Gibbs' name. I sat there in dumbfounded silence, thinking, "Oh no he DIDn't just say that and think I believe it." I brought up Cable and the physique of the O-Line, only to be met with, "Zone blocking requires athleticism." Duh. I brought that up, Pal. What IS it with men dealing with women football fans anyway? The guy actually said such obvious things to me as, "LaMont Jordan really has to show something this year...Michael Bush will be a good back one day...Tom Cable is a good coach." Grrr.

Now I'm sitting here thinking of the forty things I SHOULD have said, not the least of which is that Cable learned some of what he knows from Gibbs.

Thanks, NFL (and affiliates) for spoiling my otherwise wonderful anticipation of watching the game tonight.
 
Teeg... you messed up. You should have dropped this URL on that clown and we could have collectively ripped his ass apart. Dumb. You messed up.

I hate when people not associated with the team come up with the shit that is "Master of the Obvious"...He probably heard is on ESPN or somewhere. Clearly he knows not what he speaks of. You should have dressed him down and embarrassed him right then and there Teeg.

And surely you did not just call me dumb. Given my mood and how easy it'd be to hop a plane to Seattle...

Well I am watching the NFL Network right now in my living room. So I'm not sure what your point is right now. :p

No. I found the game. Shopping is tomorrow. There are shoes to buy.

My wife always complains about this very thing... I'll give you the exact same advice I gave her... Get a group of your hot friends together and burn all your bras in protest... I think this would be a much better world if we had more hot woman reverting back to their bra burning protest roots, especially if they wore wet white t-shirts while doing so... oh and baseball caps with their hair pulled through in a ponytail is always a good touch...

Dude couldn't haven't said it better myself. There is no time in the day when my wife is hotter, when she has one of my wife beaters (FYI white muscle shirt, no bra of course) and a baseball cap on with a pair of those tight yoga pants on...............I have issues!!!!!
