He's a shell of the player he once was. Hopefully it humbles him a little. Absolutely zero reason to give him another big extension.

Still a useful piece but yeah you can’t pay him like a starter.

I think he knows he's not going to get much interest on the FA market. Hey bro it sucks but it's time to step down and let some of the younger guys develop. It's not like the team hasn't taken care of you. Dray and AW took team friendly deals to stay with the Dubs.
 
Looney is looking like Klay this year. His contract isn’t guaranteed next year either. Can’t see it getting picked up.
 
Getting kind of tired of hearing this Warrior love for the 49ers. Are they just tone deaf to the fact that most of their fan base were Raider fans prior to the last few years?

They should give the rookie Loons minutes. He’s got nice upside and is already holding his own out there.

Looks like he’s worn down after logging in so many minutes over the past few years. He was an integral part of the championship run.
