Supposedly we have handshake deals with Horford and Melton just waiting on JK. The last I read is that JK might now just play for the QO and take his shot at FA next offseason.

I think JK is hoping the Warriors rescind their current offer and move forward under the assumption that he's playing under the QO, at which point someone can make an offer to him that the Warriors won't be in a position to match. The end of August is something to keep an eye on. Teams can't stretch waive after August, which means there won't be somebody that can suddenly create cap space that we aren't anticipating. It's going to be a standoff to the end.
 
Some dude on the radio is saying that JK is out there doing private workouts for other teams and looks like shit.
