One for the Thumb Dubs 23-24-25

Podz is a horrible outside shooter. Dubs struggling tonight. Just cant get into a flow. Pets getting a lot of second chance points.

He’s been really disappointing outside of just being a hustle player.

Yah ugly win. Too many turnovers. Here's where a Melton would have come in handy. We still need a consisitent scoring threat to compliment Steph. Wiggins came up huge but you can't count on him to score 25+. The outside shooting was abysmal. Podz missed every three, some didn't even hit the rim. JK wasn't much better. If we don't have any intention of paying him, it's time to move him while we can still get something in return. I just don't know if the light will ever go on for him.
 
Sounds like we’re going to trade Melton for a useable player this season and then try to re-sign him in the offseason. I think we kinda screwed the pooch holding onto JK and possibly Podz but maybe the combination can get us a nice depth piece. Brooklyn is holding a liquidation sale so they’d make a good target.

I didn't realize Melton was only 26.Dubs really wanted him. Dennis Schroeder is having one of his best seasons in Brooklyn. Good handles and can facilitate. Do we get cap exemption on Melton?
 
Moody has been ass lately but can't get any rhythm going with all the substitutions Kerr does.
