Just realized that Mr. Woodson, who is the star of the AFC West Fourms banners, isn't likely to be wearing the Silver & Black anymore.

I'm torn. Should the banners be changed (perish the thought -- lot of work) or can we cannonize Charles as a great Radier and leave shit alone? If it is changed it'll be some retired Raider...I don't like changing stuff.

You can vote and then being the ultimate fair person I am -- I will make the decision! Bwahahahah.

I love Charles but you are right to change the photo. I know that whoever Bones picks will be a great choice as I know how much he appreciates the past (me too).

I'm looking for the perfect photo. Yeah you're right, I have to do it but it's a lot of work (for me anyway) and I have to change about 5 banners to effect the change. Shit takes me forever!

Oh sure...then he leaves next year and we're back to square one and more changes. I think retired players from now on would be the safest bet whether a Raider, Chief, Charger or Bronco. When the current ones move on they get replaced with a team legend.
