****Official Book Thread****

Does anyone even care if he finishes now? It would be pretty dumb to change the story from the show at this point no matter how badly it ended.
The only people I know who've read the books are over it. The show burned them that severely, I guess.

"What if the books end differently?"
"Don't care.:rain_cloud:"

I tried reading one of the books after the series was over but it wasn’t different enough from the show to be bothered further.

I was reading them before then stopped because it was ruining the show for me.

as much as I don't like it, revisions of books and media isn't anything new. That's why first editions are so valuable.

I need a new book to read whattya got?

Mark Twain’s “A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court” remains my favorite book of all time. I’ve read Homer’s “Odyssey” three or four times. I went through a phase where I devoured O. Henry’s short stories. And, people can say whatever, but I freaking love Shakespeare! Recently read “Catcher in the Rye” and thought it pretty much sucked. His little sister was the only saving grace.

Shakespeare is the GOAT.

MacBeth is the greatest play ever but Henry V is my favorite.
