I found this link at FIB.

Moss has to go. Brooks has to go. Lamont has to go. Sims has to go. Porter's contract isnt crazy so if he wanted to be here I wouldnt mind keeping him, I just dont think thats the case. I would rather get rid of him and draft a young guy who wants to be here.

I would cut LJordan and sign Ahman Green who wouldnt make nearly as much. Green has had multiple great season's, Jordan hasnt. Both are often injured but Lamont knee was hurt more recently. If he refuses to restructure(which he has so far) than he should get dumped.

We should dump Brooks, Simms, D.Starks and Lamont straight up. Rob Thomas will have to re-work and a few others as usual. Trade Moss and Porter for whatever draft picks they are worth. If we did that we could clear enough cap room to Re-sign Aso, Curry, Sands and our draft picks and still have more than enough money to offer 2 big contracts to players like Steinbach, Freeney etc. And then we could sign some other guys like Graham, Stallworth/Bennet, L.Davis, A.Green, T.Jones etc. We could really turn around our whole offense through free agency if we just give up on some of these busts and start over on offense. We could even make Gallery restructure.

Imagine.

Qb. JaMarcus Russell / A.Walter
FB. Brian Leonard or McClain
HB. M.Lynch/Fargas
WR.Curry, Bowe, Gabriel, Morant
TE. E.Graham, Madsen
LT. Gallery
LG. E.Stienbach
C. Grove/K.Young
RG.McMull/Boothe
RT.L.Davis

Obviously all this shit wont happen but these are some moves we should consider. I hope we gut this offense and get rid of big contacts and bad attitudes. Let our young coach make a team he can grow with.

Thanks i didnt even check it, haha. Simms and Lamont are so outclassed its sad. Moss is a joke. At least we dont have Woodson anymore! Doesnt Gallery make a load also? We need to use this money better next season.

Jordan stands out to me. It means we paid him a $4 million dollar roster bonus last year and didn't pro-rate it. This tells me somebody was thinking we might want to have the option of dumping this guy in the near future.
