Out of interest would any of you have liked to see him have a similar position

I thought I read where Pioli doesn't want to leave NE and besides, I don't think him and Parcells get along anyway no?

I just hope we can catch lightning in a bottle with Kiff because outside of Gruden, things have been really bleak the last 20 years. Just wondering where this organization could have gone if we had a real GM running the personnel decisions.
