Beat the Broncos who were desperate in a win

It's amazing what you can do with a good RB eh?

So how many of you guys are on the Quinn wagon?

Dont do it

Get Peterson and sign a couple of FA OL and get a creative OC, and with this defense, we too can again be competitive

Hate on Brooks.. but this OL is dogshit

Put Quinn back there and the results will be the same

Ya know?

I'm all for bringing in Kitna next year... whos with the Nips?

And for the record.. everybody step forward for pinning a ribbon on me for suggesting we sign a washed up Eric Allen

I am with ya sort of, I have no problem bringing in a Lynch or Peterson but I think Jordon is still capable. Also not sure if I am on that bringing Kitna in train,,,,,,there will be some better QB's out there.........Warner, Plummer, maybe Leftwhich. Kitna is below Brooks in my book......

I agree about kitna, he's a bum. But what exactly do you think Jordan is capable of? He can't run outside of his one dimension. I'm tired of of that. get a fully dynamic running back and work around that.

I'm shocked that Jon Kitna threw for over 4,000 yards. But he led the league in turnovers. This is that clown's MO...he's a walking, talking turnover machine. He's always been that way since he came into the league. Running that guy out of Seattle was one of the top priorities for Mike Holmgren. Forget it.

Peterson makes some sense. It's just so difficult to understand what Al Davis thinks; what Al Davis will do with this pick. It makes the most sense to me to trade down and try and get Peterson anyway and pickup some attitional piucks. We need good football players and a lot of 'em.

Most of you know my take on trading down...Al's never done it in the first round. Maybe this year is the time. Maybe this is the year he takes the QB. Wonder what Al's opinion is on Quinn? Al apparently was very high on Carson Palmer but couldn't get there it's told. Of couse we all know Al got fucked by the league trying to get John Elway into a Silver & Black uni...Clearly, however, Quinn is no John Elway.

Just when people think they understand Al Davis he doesn't something crazy.

The first overall round pick is a wonderful chance to screw up. I mean, Gallery was a sure pick, no. 2 overall, and it just didn't work the way Al expected. Huff is a high pick too and was the less mentioned guy on defence -though he had his moments- not a playmaker at all for the moment, in his time, Charles Woodson was an immediate impact player -BTW look at the year he just had- at a more difficult position... Darrell Russell seemed a good thing at the moment... Chester McGlockton...

Ummh, The damn fdraft hasn't worked out very well lately -two decades?- so we really haven't got much from our top picks, Were much better with second and third rounders. Were not very good at drafting high.

I agree with Bones: trade the fuck down. Then get some linemen and a TE, thats what we need. Peterson will be good, but its not the dominant RB we envision. We wont fill up the holes we have on one year. The Raiders can go through with Fargas and Jordan while another RB shows up. But please, we MUST replace Fake Grove at least...

Mcquistan has a looong way to go, Gallery will end up being an average LT, so we can keep him. Sims is probably out already. Boothe has potential. Slaughter is a backup. Walker should walk the plank.

So its like almost we need a new line. Bringing QBs or RBs wont work if these assholes don't do their job, even if they work their asses -just as everybody- in training camp.

how was only having to play one position(vs 3 last year) with your cb opposite you being #1 caliber more difficult? he had the season he would've had hear if we had a CB as good as Al Harris opposite of him to force qb's into honesty(probably even better numbers here under those circumstances).

Oddly enough Woodson is the #2 corner green bay always wanted opposite harris, something we could never find for him here.
