Nice to hear Huff is upset over his rookie campaign. Hopefully he'll start turning into more of a playmaker this season.

Simms, that would shock me. He seemed like he was praising Lamont some "we already had great backs here". I dunno, I really don't know who it could be.

It's obviously Alvis Whitted, he had enough dirt on Shell last year to end up starting, rumour is he has now got hold of Al's deal with the devil for imortality.

this is great to hear. Asomuga sounded like Huff was almost in disbelief about why he wasn't making more big plays. i love that Namdi says Huff has sick ability and it's just a matter of time before he blows up. i can't wait for that, especially now that we're taking heat over passing on Lienart.

I still expect Huff to play like Ed Reed in the future. And if we take JR, and he is better than Young, Leinart etc. We will look like smart for taking Huff. I think Huff is going to be a future All-Pro safety. As far as re-signing Aso, its good he likes his teamates on the D. Its really good that he respects his counterparts in the secondary. As shitty as last year was, these young guys on our defense should give us all a reason to expect great things.

I only listened/watched Raider games in honor of the defensive effort.

Since the long forgotten Battle of Thermopolaye is in vogue because of the movie "300", I'd compare our defense to vastly outmanned Spartan warriors.
