I didn't really like them when they first came out and then I did when Purple came out. In hindsight I should have been more pro STP from the get go.

Lol...I get it and it is. My mom blasted it so I grew up listening to him. A bit of nostalgia I guess. Maybe he's more of a Midwest thing too?

STP remains one of my favorite bands period. Not so much with the new singer. Love all their albums up until the self titled 2010 release. Weiland was very underrated front man imo

I know tons of people that love him. It's just a me thing really. I can't even explain why I hate it so much.
Nothing compares to Hold on Loosely from 38 Special though. I would rather stick a pencil in my eye than listen to that whole song.

If you look up rockstar in the dictionary there's a picture of Scott Weiland. Was awesome with Slash too.
