Stan Winston managed to make that flick for some absurdly small amount of cash. Something like 3 million I think. It didn’t hurt that he didn’t have to hire a special effects director.

Practical effects and a small budget forces the creative juices to flow. We're missing that these days, seems like. Or I'm missing the good recent flicks that fall into that category.
 
Can anyone with Prime verify this? Surely it's just more internet bullshit, right?

 
Can confirm although I'm not sure it's an Amazon thing. The non Bond movie right next to them had a gun.
So it's the dick eaters who own the franchise now making that decision. Lord have mercy...
 
Warfare was ok. Pretty intense at times, feel for the guys that went through that shit over there.
