Movies Discussion

Openly desperate. Not a great look.

Speaking to ComicBook, Kraven the Hunter director J.C. Chandor called on fans to give the film a chance, with those previous movies still fresh in the memory.

โ€œI donโ€™t want to get too into the nitty gritty of it, but hereโ€™s what I would say: for me as a filmmaker, my number one goal, especially, quite frankly, over the last couple of years where you guys are deep in this worldโ€ฆ Some of the fans out there, a lot of the fans, were upset with certain decisions and certain outcomes [of Sonyโ€™s Spider-Man Universe],โ€ Chandor said.

โ€œThen with other films, theyโ€™ve gone on to be tremendous successes. So thereโ€™s been a mixed success rate. People have got to give us a chance and come out and support this film, and literally try to wash away some of the other stuff thatโ€™s happened. Give our film a chance.โ€

Just got around to watching โ€œThe Lost Childrenโ€ on Netflix. Set it to โ€œEnglish with subtitles.โ€ What an incredible story of both survival and unification of people. Iโ€™m glad I watched it.

Which of you fruits went to see this? :chuckle:
