Morrison was just done working out!!!
He seems excited and asked some guys at USC and some guys that were there and Everyone has good things to say...

He said the proof with Lane was what he did at USC, and the weapon we have now being used to the best of their ability. He said He hear nothign but Positive stuff about Lane and the way he treats his players.

They asked about the growing pains we may have with young QB if that what we select. He said that in years past maybe that was the case but look at the guys over the last year and all these young guys have been sucessful really quick..Referecing Cutler and Leinhart.

They ask about how frustrating last year was.....
he said for him it was really bad being a Raider Fan and his family also being that.....
3rd year and 3rd HC....but he said that they kept Ryan is a huge Positive.
He like that a younger mind that we will be able to convert better.

They mention how well the D played how close we were turning it around. Kirk said we couldn't get both sides of the ball on the same page.
he thinks we left 4 or 5 wins out there from not being on the same page...

Mention Chad Johnson and Big Ben and ask them abot the raiders d, but how important was keeping Rob Ryan......He said it was Huge....he said Ryan was telling his guys if we don't turn this D around I won't be back....and they respected him puttin it out there for them...He mentioned Ryans hair saying Look at him he is a raider...He want to make sure all the guys are on the same page....he said he talked to Ryan and some other coaches today, and he was joking him and Ryan said he was making sure they find a steal player at the senior bowl.

Said Ryan made a Joke about Kiffin and said the team curfew may change since the HC is so young,,,,,, ( I FUCKIN LIVE RYAN)

They were giving him the business about Porter being on the bench and Moss not geting enough touches,,,,,he said you know it hurts because they never got on the same page.....with the talent there we just never got in sync.....
NOW is a brand new SLATE....what is next is making sure next Aug he is doing the right thing and that others around him doing the right thing....

They asked how he could help Randy see things same as he is,,,,he thinks with a younger coaching mind and he thing with the enthusiasm that Lane bring that he will be able to get these guys going in the right direction.....

Asking him if Randy and Jerry will be back.....He is not sure but if they are let's go to work....
he feels they have the weapons they just need to put it together.....

he said as of Feb 5th he is undefeated so next year is going to be a new start....

Doing all he can (by working out now) he said people told him his 3rd year things slow down even more and he is hoping to have a great year.

On jerseys my new thing is only old timer jerseys...'ya know, Tatum, Stabler, Long, Hendericks etc...no more obsolescence for me. I need a Warren Wells jersey...dude was bad ass.

I'm not buying another piece of Raiders merchandise until they impress me as a team. I love Morrison, but I can't get away from the overall picture of my piss-poor team.

I'll support them financially just as soon as they support me mentally and emotionally. Until then I'll just re-use my Gannon, Garner and C-Wood replicas.
