Probably nothing at all. Mark was pretty hands off during Gruden's era. I expect him to be the same for Brady. He doesn't interfere with his man crushes' regimes.

Agreed. Also can’t fire an owner, particularly one backed by an ownership group that is part of Mark’s succession plan.

Q mentioned that when Mark sells the additional 7% of the team to the owner that’s part of his succession plan, his ownership stake will go from 40% to 33%. League minimum for the “owner” of a team is 30%.
