There has always been points per reception. I remember QB’s got pp completions and 6p for TDs but it ran QB scores to high.

We already have a half point per first down. Are you lobbying for a full point?

How about 1 point per 1st down, points for scoring and points for yards.

Well, we always have had 1 TE and use to have 1 QB. Points per reception inflate receivers. Do we give points per carry?

RBs have more touches than WRs and TEs get targets plus they catch passes also.
The SuperFlex - Supreme TE draft format uses more players and challenges team managers to draft and manage sagely.

1st downs and yards are equalizers. Extra points for receptions has no rationale. If you want to reward receptions, make it goal oriented. Bonus points for 5 or 7 receptions per game. 1 to 4 receptions or so should just be scored via yards or 1st downs.

Yeh, you’re right. The whole fantasy world has it wrong. It’s too bad yahoo doesn’t have any settings for that……lol.

Any other suggestions?
 
I have my neighborhood draft Friday. Going to do up some wings and ribs and drink bourbon and play poker after. Life is good fellas.
