I'm not going to lie. I thought the same thing. After they go 5-12 this eason, he sells the regime on dumping Herbert and starting over with JJ, but first JJ has to play decently somewhere because that's going to be a hard sell right now with how shitty he's looked. The only part that's not going to happen is the premium picks for Herbert part.

They took a WR top five, and they still have Tony Pollard on his FA deal from a couple of years ago when he left Dallas. Calvin Ridley is still there too. He had a thousand yards the year before Ward became QB1 with Will Levis. That speed receiver, Dike, they have that does returns also had almost 500 on 50 catches mostly in the second half of the year last year too. I don't think it's the skill players. He's in the wrong offense.

This one just was unfortunaate for them because they really were running shit until he got hurt last year. I think they've won one game since. Maybe two.
