Yo @007 Deathloop got a 10 on IGN. Might have to start paying attention to PS5 restocks.

You planning on getting that game?

Gotta be honest... I got impatient with PS5 not being available and bought the X Box and now I'm kind of regretting it. Seems like Playstation still has the better game market. I'm pretty salty that the KOTOR remake is a PS exclusive.

what do you think of it?
It's neat but the excitement wears off quickly and requires too much room to play IMO. I have 2 16-year-olds and they never touch it. I played it for a month or so and now it sits and collects dust.

that was my worry... thanks!

I love the Oculus. I’ve been boxing and gladiatoring and burning kcals and having fun. I had to get special sweatbands because i sweat so much. Good times!

Its an interesting shift on the video game paradigm to me. I wonder if i will take off big soon...

I play video games to chill and relax or 'shut off' from a day etc.

I could see that being a really popular option for some.

I'm guessing not, but is anyone into sports sim leagues/roster management games? We've got:

A baseball sim game - we're in 2085 so players are all fictional at this point.
A football sim game and we're in 2003 (started in 2002). The Raiders are open among others.
A basketball sim game, and we're just about to start 1989. The Warriors are soft open. The GM will give them up for someone who will 100% play and stick since the core is so good.

For those who don't know what sim leagues are, think Madden's franchise mode and you sim all the games. So it's basically like GMing a team.

I have played Baseball Mogul and OOTP before.

The baseball league is OOTP 6.5 - that's the one we could really use another GM. The Pirates GM isn't attached to them either, but it's, as noted, in name only given the 2085 date.

I had you pegged for the 2003 Raiders though to re-write history. Maybe both? :D

PM the details. I could suckered into running some teams.

I'm so far behind on video games. Still playing NFL 2k5 on my ps2 and civ 3 on my pc as my go to games

Bought a new gaming laptop and been playing the Elden Ring. The only thing I don't like is locking onto enemies in packs that gets kind of fucky. Same with the Witcher 3 always hard to single out and watch what's behind you with the enemy lock on. Thinking about buying Madden but everyone on Steam says its recycled garbage.
