Shut him down. Shut down JPJ. Shut down Geno. Fire everyone. PFF and SiS says 4 games is where you do that. Rip that bandaid off.

Knee is still clearly bothering him. He had a hundred yards week one in three quarters and our passing game looked way different that week because of that since he's our defacto #1 receiver. This isn't a playoff push. Just saying, put him on IR and let him get right.

They can win games. If not for Geno being color blind the first month, we'd be minimum 2-2. Just because you win games doesn't make your roster good or you a good team. This was something I mentioned before the season, I didn't want any success against this terrible schedule to cloud what needs to still be done with the roster long term because we stil need a lot of players.

players need to learn to win and get used to the feeling. Right now I guarantee all our player expect to lose and have no respect for Carroll when he says he's here to win now.
