Pete might have waited a couple of weeks too long to make a move with only one game looking potentially winnable left.

No that's fair given or lack of success over the last 20 years it seems warranted, I liked Jack Del Rio and I was against his firing. I don't hate Spy wouldn't cry if he got another year but I was not at all impressed with with his draft.
 
I was talking with a group of Raider fans that I know at a cornhole tournament. They think that Pete’s going to retire after the season, Grudens coming back and DC is going to comeback out of retirement and they’ll draft a QB in the 1st round.

You know how I feel about DC and Gruden sucked at drafting. But it would be an interesting season. More interesting than the shit we are running out there every week. Smh
