I did not state that the Raiders WOULD fix it. I am simply stating that the first opportunity to fix it would be in the offseason.

Lack of a good young QB was likely the key reason Ben Johnson didn’t want the Raiders job.

Caleb Williams, is not great, but he has potential.

Raiders are still treading water with journeymen QBs.

And we had won too many games to be in the running to draft one...
I'm afraid we are stuck with Pete for a minute and that's ok. We do need to find a good young QB.

I'd add offensive line to that as well.

It's one thing to draft a QB this offseason (thank you Geno for setting the table....). But to make the pick worth it, we also have to develop that QB. Significantly increasing the talent level on the OLine should be our top priority along with drafting that QB.

That 3/2 run into the line at the end of the Bear game is pissing me off. Anyone could see 9 guys in the box but our 10 year plus QB couldn’t audible or call TO? Instead they call a PeeWee league run straight into the crowd?

Even with the TO’s…a simple audible to Bowers against any of their LBs and safeties gets the first and a different ending.

I was promised a well coached team…
