He said things are exciting with the new crew. He said that working with a young QB, you have to keep people off the QB to keep his mindset something they didn't do with A Wal last year.
He Said the Line struggled (no Shit!) and the player or the caoches had no real answers, which explains alot.
He said he liked Randy as a locker room guy but didn't like the way he acted in Practice and Games. Said Randy didn't lead the team like he could have.
He is glad he is moved and glad we have guys ready to work hard.

Then he gets into Kiffin said he reminds him of Gruden and makes competion exciting back like Gruden had.
He is excited and thinks the team is moving in the right direction.
Then he talks about Gallery, said he needs his confidence back. He thinks he was second guessing himself too much. He thinks he will turn the corner as will the Offensive line.
One last tid bit is he is a Snow SKier.......who knew!
