But something just occured to me after seeing Tui was visiting the Redskins on the NFLN

But er, uh...

Here's a kick in the nuts, or verginea for you female types.. you know who you are....

But my 2nd grade math skills tells me that holding up 2 fingers and pushing one down ='s 1

Yup.. one QB

And quess what finger was left standing?

Yeppers.. the fuck you finger

Because we basically are about to spread ass cheeks and squeel "Come and getcha some"... It's open invitation season in the QB category
 
I'm not worried

We'll have david carr by the end of draft day and im guessing a prospect like palmer the younger.
 
1 QB on the roster in March doesn't bother me.

1 QB on the roster in June and I'll lead the panic brigade.
 
I'd have to suspect that something has to be brewing with TB. 5 QB's on the roster, somethings screwy here.

Unfortunately, since the Immortal Vince is no doubt tapped to replace the recently deceased Steve Rogers as Captain America, my prediction is our QB depth chart will be:


1: Jake Plummer
2: Andrew Walter
3: Don't wanna give away my Lil Al pick


On the plus side, we'll be stacked to the gills at WR with the addition of Calvin Johnson... :p

Nay... Nice guess though Willis... sign Jake Plummer and draft the guy that reminds me of Jake Plummer...

EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I like Stanton alot actually, but like Jake, the guy has some WTF? moments... Not as bad as Jake throwing left handed or trying to flip it behind his back, but still some head scratching throws... The guys fiery though... A couple of seasons ago I saw him run off the sidelines and get into a scrap with a Hawaii Dlineman that was fighting with one of his O-linemen...

We're still 50 days out and people are already phishing for my Lil Al picks... shame shame shame...

I think Troy Smith has a good chance to be on our squad if we dont take a QB early. I wouldnt even be mad at T.S in the 4th... he ripped Michagan a new one. Quinn cant say that...oh snap!

TS would be good in the 4th. Then we can have yet another highly talented QB - to - WR convert.

Unlike most people im not sold that Troy Smith cant do it in the NFL. Drew Brees is 6 foot and less mobile. IM not saying that TS is a lock to be a NFL QB, but he is worth a gamble if we only have Walter and our fourth round pick is on the clock. He has played very well at times and threw the ball very accuratley in some big games. I know the cool thing to do this draft is hate Troy Smith but I think he is a gamble worth taking. Ronald Curry didnt work out so bad, Neither did Twan El, Hines, Matt Jones, Bennett. etc. AL loves those Heisman guys...
 
I love that Troy Smith had a bad week at the Senior Bowl and didn't distinguish himself at the combine.

Because I think the guy's still a player, and he inspires guys around him, too.

LOVE him in the fourth round. Another Heisman for Big Al, too? Lock it up.

On a side note: I ran into Doug Flutie the other night at the Mountain West Conference tournament. He's tiny. Seriously, I could kick that dude's ass.

I remember actually having to look up to talk to Brad Johnson, who is a monster of a human being despite looking like a complete dork. And I know Flutie's height and all that, but I really didn't think I'd have to look down on the little fugger.

And after the poor LSU pro day and the Kiffen WCO style offense and the uncertainty of Moss...

I'm starting to now toss out the Russell jihad and get back on the Calvin Johnson wagon

Give Walter the start.. From what I hear from the Porter interview on Sirius...

He believes in Walter and said it wasnt his fault he was sacked, it was because Shell and his OL coaches didnt get the OL on the same page and by the time Walter setup to throw he had 3 guys on him

Porters is physched about Kiffen, I never heard Porter so excited and positive since he's been here

Dump that Moss for a 2nd and draft Calvin Johnson and get Joe Staley in rd 2 and we'll have the 2 bookeneds in Staley and Gallery

Whoa...wait a minute Nips...did I miss something? Talk to me about LSU's pro day. What happened? Did Ja laid an egg? Honestly I can't remember reading anything about it.

I have no problem taking a flyer on Troy Smith in the 4th, especially if we can bring in someone like Carr to compete with AWAL until he gets his feet wet. It wouldn't be a huge investment and who knows, he might develop into something. Low risk high reward.
