Well, you’ve been beating that Minshew drum for at least a couple of years now so looks like we’ll see that show. Who knows, if he can take the next step in his development with perhaps the help of Davante, Meyers, Mayer, Tucker, and Bowers maybe he can be a pleasant surprise. And if so, I’ll renew my draft guide membership!

Minshew was a cheaper, cooler, less gay version of Derek Carr the last decade, thats it. (With way less rabid fanbois)

Certainly in terms of receivers, but is going to need a solid running game to take the weight off his shoulders… Jonathon Taylor and Colt OL did pretty well in that respect last year. Getsy and his OL coach better not shit the bed in putting together this outside zone run scheme.
 
Telesco sure isn’t a guy to gush over a player or blow smoke. Wasn’t exactly complementary to our QB room either. “If we thought there was someone better than what we’ve got we would have made a move”.

I like him, it just cracks me up. Someone brings up the Ekeler/Woodhead comps for Laube and he’s like… eh, let’s not put him there just yet haha. Totally honest but you better go to Champs office if you’re looking for an ego boost. He’s a good foil to AP’s over-the-top-ness.
 
yeah, I don't think AP would coexist with another overtly alpha-type... far as I can tell they complement each other in that sense.

I goose egged on my Lil Al, but I take consolation in the fact that A) They were all drafted and B) They mostly went close to where I picked them.
