People at the AT&T are useless. Part if the reason I usually buy my phones at Costco.

Yeah those screen protectors are so expensive that I usually like them to put them on so I don't ruin them. Because of this I found out that they're only expensive at the AT&T store and actually not that hard to put on. $15 for a phone case on Amazon and $10 for a blackout screen protector at Walmart vs. around $70 combined at the AT&T store. Smug little fuck working there too. Seems like a lot of places are just using COVID as an excuse for no customer service whatsoever.

Not just the virus thing. They just suck. But you are correct about Amazon. I need a sturdy belt clip because I'm in and out of a truck all day. Amazon is so inexpensive that I buy 2 at a time just in case.

Edit...also chargers and cords of all shapes and sizes.
