He knows what he doesn't know. Honestly though, most owners get involved with these teams' moves and lie like they leave it to the football people. It's why Will Levis is starting in Tennessee. It's just a real problem when you have a certified dummy as your owner, and we fall in that category.

Yes, I agree - should've happened before now.

And so, saying that, I think the Raiders have done well to get a 3 / conditional 2 and get out from under the salary. I certainly didn't expect them to get that much, not least for the reasons you suggest - Adams was desperate to get away.
