One could hope we are in the market for a QB. Pete getting “his guy” scares me however.

I do believe Spytek has what it takes to be a great GM however Pete is not the type to just allow the GM to “do his job” and not have major sway over who comes and goes.

We have a rag tag bunch for defense with vets brought in everywhere providing competition at every level. On offense however we kinda failed to make that happen. Our “vet” additions were two of the worst rated O-Linemen in the NFL last year and a QB who has been mid at best with known inconsistent play.
Yep. Love what you said about Pete will not allowing the GM to make decisions without having major say. Spytek is a first time GM with an experienced coach. He’s going to give Carroll much more lee way on input. It’s good to be collaborative but Carroll may have too much input

How do you say all that and also say Spytek has what it takes?

That was my hope is that they build some kind of foundation going into next season and address the deficiencies next offseason. Looks like will be in the market for a new QB
Top QBs in draft

Donte Moore
Fernando Mendoza
John Mateer

That’s all I got

Mayer's availability TBD, per Petey.

Still cant hear half the questions asked by writers.

The power of belief.

Plus I like the idea of tapping into the Eagles for our scouting department. I think he will build a much more consistent college scouting department than what we have had in the past. I have to believe Pete will not be around for much more than 3 years so he may be more apt to relinquish some things much earlier than he did with Schneider in Seattle

#Raiders TE Brock Bowers said he's not allowed to share the specifics of his knee injury, but added it's been frustrating to deal with.

"I want to be back to going full speed, being able to separate from guys. I feel like I can't really do that to the best of my abilities right now.”

Well I don't like this at all.
