My father in law was fairly close with Phil back in high school. As he said they used to play pool and vandalize shit as kids. Apparently Phil used to like stealing cars the old man says. It’s a 50/50 prop with the old man though, he’s got a great memory like rain man stuff, but he also likes to add layers as well “I think”…
