Man it's always freaking nice to see those punks of Foxboro get their ass kicked by anyone. It's a beautiful thing. I loved it when I heard it. Good job by KC as they made that ingenious punk, Tom Brady looked mortal out there as he was throwing picks that would make Brett Favre blush. Kansas City really dominated the Patsies defense. Great job by the Chiefs.

This was a big win because a loss could have doomed their season. Chiefs really don't have any margin for error anymore considering the season the Broncos are having. They gotta keep winning.

Big game next week at Arrowhead with the Broncos invading KC. This is likely the defining point of the Chiefs season.

I think the NFL poster boy had four picks today.

Aren't we easily amused? :p

It's always great when Brady gets his.

I used to like him, but I think his ego and his attitude has grown to the size of Texas since he started being winner. I think he lacks humility. His behavior towards Marty Schottenheimer was an embrassment when Marty talked about how the Patriots are not the same and all without the injuries. Tom Brady acts like a diva IMO.

Amen to that.

Brady thinks he's all that and that teams will lay down in front of him. Bullshit. He's a punk and the notority has defiantly gone to his head.

You still have to get it done week after week on the field Tommy. No gimmes in the NFL week after week, year after year.

Chad Pennington is like that too now. He was that humble, loving free-spirit guy with the Jets when he became their QB. After success, he has acted like no one is above him and such. His behavior last year was simply pathetic. He goes rips on the Jets beat writers last year because they had the gall to report that he can't beat the great teams in the NFL in which they were right. Pennington had that frezzeout with the writers after a Jets win last year and then went on a rant with the writers the next day. That was bush league on his part. Chad of all people should know what the NY media is all about. If you are going to have to deal with the adulation from the media such as being the "Montana-like", you better deal with the negativity when it comes with the media especially in NY. Chad thinks he is hot shit like Brady.

I have so much respect for guys like Peyton, Daunte, Donovan, Drew Brees, LT, Randy Moss, KG, Johan Santana, and others because they showed lot of class and they don't act like they are hot stuff and all. Wish Brady and Pennington would do the same.

Yeah I remember Pennington last year scolding the media in a press conference like he was the Chairman of the Board of something. WTF?

Dude is probably going to be looking for a job next year unless he restructures and takes a lot less money.

Jets got an issue that they are going to have to face. I know the NY media here has been talking about Reggie Bush as those writers have been to the USC campus to talk to Bush in recent weeks. Forget Bush. If they win the draft and it's no sure thing considering there are lot of NFL teams that really stink this year, they are going to have to draft Matt Lineart period. They need a QB badly for not just next year, but for years to come considering Chad may not be ready to play next season. Even then I never thought Chad was that great. He puts good numbers, but he is nothing special. A team that has great D like the Pats, Colts, or the Steelers could easily blitz him. Great QBs find a way to overcome that yet it's been a struggle for Chad. Even Eli Manning has managed avoid being a punching bag and that Giants OL is not even that great.

Jets are hideous so they may have a shot to get Lineart or Bush. Best case scenario for them is to try to get a team's draft pick so they can draft both Bush and Vince Young (that would be some combo).

Shame on you guys. Brady's one of the classiest players in the league.

A lot of your hatred comes from a misinterpretation of the Shotty incident. Brady didn't get mad at Marty because he thought Marty was putting down his team; he got mad because Marty gave the Patriots an excuse. He gave full credit to the Chargers, said the Patriots were clearly outplayed, and got mad that anyone would even consider that injuries were a factor (even though they were). It's a ridiculous thing to throw a fit in front of a camera over something as stupid as that, but that's just how he operates: he takes every loss as a personal, inexcusable failure.

My personal interpretation of the event... Brady's in a state of high arousal after playing a big game because norepinephrine levels rise during sports events like that. He loses, so his arousal is directed toward his frustration. He hears that the opposing coach says something that his own coach has called completely unacceptable, and in frustration, he lashes out at what he considers to be a vile excuse. Some of the stuff he said was ridiculous because he gets fed ridiculous things from his coach. But you know what? The ridiculous stuff works.

Brady is no diva. He works out more than any other player, he studies film non stop, and he's willing to take a hit. He dives after a fumbles with his helmet off. He plays injured. He wins. And when he doesn't win, he takes the blame on his shoulders.

I can't fathom any reason for calling the Patriots a bunch of punks. Get on the media for calling them great; don't get on the Patriots for... um... winning? I mean, the only reason people think the Patriots are arrogant is that they refuse to admit that they're a great team on camera. In other words, their humility, silent confidence, whatever you want to call it, is seen as arrogance. And you know what? Other teams are starting to copy their approach to the media. Are they all humble just because they're not Super Bowl winners?

Brady is a PUNK.

Frankly I think Brady is a punk. He's good don't get me wrong. But he's young and now he thinks he's all that! Has that cocky little smirk that you'd like to smack off his face if you get my drift! ;)

Have to admit, however, that right now, New England* is one team I wouldn't want to face in the playoffs. They seem to have righted the ship at the best possible time. Dangerous.

But on the other hand, you know that it was a FUMBLE, right?
