Chiefs set camp dates
Chiefs fans in need of a football fix will only need to wait two more months. Kansas City will start training camp in River Falls, Wis., on July 28, the Chiefs announced Thursday.
It’s the first camp with Herm Edwards as head coach and the 16th straight year the franchise has headed to western Wisconsin for its preseason workouts. The Chiefs leave for River Falls on July 27 and play their first preseason game at Houston on Aug. 12. They’ll play at the New York Giants on Aug. 17 and break camp the next day.
Family Fun Night in River Falls will be on Aug. 5.
