Chargers give Cesaire 5-year deal

The Chargers have agreed on a five-year contract with defensive end Jacque Cesaire.
The deal likely will be announced in the next couple of days.
Cesaire signed with the club as an undrafted free agent in 2003 and ended up being a starter.
Cesaire started only four games in 2005 but played a significant role in every game.
