DOUGLAS COUNTY - Denver Broncos linebacker D.J. Williams received probation Wednesday for driving drunk last September.

Williams, 23, was initially charged with drunk driving, drunk driving with excessive alcohol content and weaving. He pled guilty to a lesser charge of driving while alcohol impaired Wednesday.

In addition to probation, he was ordered to perform 24 hours of community service, attend a victim impact panel sponsored
by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, and pay court cost and fines.

Williams, whose real first name is Genos, was pulled over in Douglas County at 3 a.m. Sept. 23 for driving erratically after he left a birthday party.
