Best handgun for concealed carry?

Magazine limits are dumber. I guess the assumption is we’re going to cut down on mass shootings by making it too expensive because of the extra clips lol? Pretty rare that a mass shooter is a gun novice and can’t reload in about a second. Not to mention the unintended consequence of making the compliant guns smaller and more concealable/easier to carry.
 
Speaking of buying... apparently we’re in the midst of the largest run on gun purchases in American history. There literally is no available CA compliant stock in the country. Unless you want a Berreta. And nobody wants a Berreta.

My wife took her safety certification test a few weeks back. Gun shop was literally empty on stock except for the law enforcement section. Bunch of customers staring all envious at the one cop browsing lol.

Sure. Correlation is the simple relationship between 2 variables. No cause and effect can ever be implied or stated. Causation means that one variable causes or leads to a change in another variable. When you post data like you posted, it just shows a relationship and there is no evidence of cause and effect.

Even with the data you provided, it doesn't even really demonstrate a relationship between gun control and reduced gun violence. 8 of the 9 countries that you listed have restrictive gun laws, much more than here, and yet they have much higher levels of violence. If anything, those data show that gun laws have the opposite impact...it is however correlational but it doesn't provide any support for your contention. In fact, that chart shows the opposite.

Anyway... ended up going with the Glock for the wife ( ;) ). The 17 though, not the 19. Apparently a lot of the companies are flat not producing CA compliant weapons at the moment due to COVID limitations plus the hurdles they have to go through.
