Belated welcome to the team Antonio Pierce

Love the people still trying to push the idea that McDaniels was accountable. That was the problem,he wasn't. NFL players aren't kids. Nobody wants to hear that belittling shit from a mush mouth piece of shit like him. He has no people skills. Somebody like bruce Arians talking to you like a man and telling you to get your shit together while pointing out your issues hits different than much mouth doing it with his sanctimonious way of acting like he's never wrong about anything.

Let's hope Mark isn't listening to Lincoln Riley's agent. You know he's calling, and our owner is dumb enough to listen. Dabo either. Either of those would disgust me.

Why would Dabo head to the NFL? He hated NIL. The NFL is NIL on steroids.

I’m telling you McD has small man complex.
I believe it’s called the Napoleon complex.

That Clemson shit is over, and he likes making $9.5 mil a year. He doesn't hate NIL as much as he hates not being in complete control of his players. He was the guy who said you couldn't take visits to other schools when you commit to him. It worked when he was on top with his boosters dropping those bags behind the scenes. Not so much when NIL entered the conversation.

He likes being in control of his players.

That doesn't happen in the NFL at all. Ask McDaniels.

When is that bust of a #7 draft pick going to finally play like a #7 pick?

Talking about in recruiting and keeping his roster the way he wants it in college, not that shit McDaniels was doing of berating people and getting them to ask for permission to use the bathroom.

That's probably not going to happen. If we find some way to do that, I think everybody will be all in.
Apparently I’ve been too focused on Mia’s O. Mia’s D getting healthy and coached up by Fangio coming off a Bye might be as big, or too big of, a problem. Ugh

I just don’t want to see another performance like the Bears game.
If the Raiders lose, I want it to be a hard fought one score game. Not a humiliating blow out.

OK. I will let the team know

Today would be nice... I wouldn't be surprised if he had a similar trajectory to someone like Rashan Gary which would have him peaking in year 3. Or he's just a bust which is entirely possible as well.

From one extreme to the next? Call me skeptical. It’s still a coaching league. Hopefully AP finds the right balance.

I think some of this is getting blown out of proportion. Sure it's a big culture change and the boys are having a little fun with it. In the end, it's still about results and to quote a well hung, handsome, long time contributor here,

Same trajectory as Khalil through his first year so I still have hope for him. Mayer finally looks like the real deal no thanks to JM. Not sure what the deal with Young is. 3rd rounders should be contributing in some fashion but he's been MIA for most of the season.

So in the hunt for ROY, all rookie team, voted top 50 player in the league going into year 2? That trajectory? Must be expecting one hell of a final stretch.
