Baker seems like he was born to be a Raider. I'd take a chance on him and draft Rattler later in the draft.

You guys wanted to get rid of guys throwing random INT’s, then salivate at a guy throwing random INT’s? Baker played solid on an all pro team. He’s still Baker. Let some other team fall for the facade and give him money. I want a blue chip draft pick QB and if we add a vet, gotta be someone who’s actually won big games(against us in the JM doesn’t count).

If PB is worth 35M per, then Baker is worth 50. Personally, I wouldn't pay PB anything more than vet minimum to hold a clip board. Baker might be worth having around as a legit back up at about 5M per.

Falcons supposedly now in on Mayfield because of the new OC working with him in LA. Glad we didn't hire that guy now.

I like Baker but I don't want a guy that's been on 4 teams in 3 year, I want our own young buck we can develop and ride with.

Imo, we've seen Baker in the best case scenario. He'll never have a roster as good as that one he had in Cleveland, which was a top five roster in the league at the time in my opinion, due to how he'll be paid as long as he's a starter from now on out. The offense didn't perform for whatever reason even before he tried to gut through that shoulder injury. Playoff game against KC with Mahomes out in the second half. If you're the guy, you win that game. Is he really any better than Geno, and I like Geno a whole hell of a lot better just because of his personality of always being counted out and coming back.
