I don’t expect a lot of tears to be shed in the #NFL scouting community.

Per a source, this stems from an human resources complaint filed by a former UNC front office employee. There’s a pending investigation, which led to the administrative leave.

Put in positions of authority after a lifetime of rejection. Yeah, he's a prime candidate. He's always been a snake, so there's little that would surprise me.

Pacman Jones says he committed to Georgia Tech, then pulled out after hearing they’d have to go to class every day and do homework

“I was committed to Georgia Tech. I had offers from everywhere: Georgia, Notre Dame, NC State, Tennessee, Miami, Florida. I could have went anywhere besides Michigan and Ohio State.”

“First I wanted to stay home, then my grandma got sick with cancer and I was like, I got to get away from here… My boy who went to high school with me went to Georgia Tech, and he was like, ‘bro, this school hard as hell, we got to go to class every day.’ I said, y’all doing all the work? That one’s off the list.”

“Then I went on the visit to West Virginia, we wasn’t doing no work. Work was football.”

UNC football General Manager Michael Lombardi, who was placed on leave this week, has retained Tom Mars, a prominent attorney in the college space. Mars released a statement to ESPN: “Michael hasn’t been told anything about the nature of UNC’s investigation and welcomes the opportunity to clear his name, which has already been sullied by baseless statements and innuendo on social media.....1/2

"He is fully cooperating with UNC and expects the investigation will be swift, thorough, and fair. Michael would ask that people have the decency to let the process run its course before jumping to any conclusions about the nature of the investigation or whether there’s any merit to whatever has been alleged.” 2/2
