With Pete in town we all know the running game will be a major focus going forward. This draft is loaded with RB’s for the first time in a long time. We all know we are gonna dip at some point during the draft so let’s see some of what this class has to offer. Just gonna rip off Walter Football for some names.

Brashard Smith is very interesting. I had forgotten he was a WR for Miami and switched to RB for SMU. If he can pick up pass blocking he would be a versatile guy to have on your roster.

What I like about this class is you have a little bit of everything. Per usual I am all about the guys that love contact and break tackles even if they don’t have that big play potential like a Brashard Smith, Hampton or Jeanty

Haha, was just gonna post this..

How would Jeanty have to test to get your approval for his selection @ #6?

He's built just like you'd want for a RB.. compact, small target but powerful and not light... elite lateral quickness, acceleration and contact balance... if he shows he has legit NFL long speed and runs a sub 4.4 40 I think he has to be in the conversation even for a Raiders team that needs a lot... instant offense..

I still think Kaleb Johnson is going to be the total package, but there is some talented running backs for sure. We have to double dip. No sense picking the 18th best defensive tackle in the 4th round when you can get Skatta

Jeanty is a luxury pick. I don't think it's the right move but if we did go that route I wouldn't cry about it either. He's a stud and adding him at least would be fun.

Johnson is a smooth motherfucker. I'd be good with him at 2.37.

I want one of these guys...

Jeanty
Hampton
Johnson
Judkins
Henderson
Skattebo
Neal

Then we can double dip with someone else like...

Harvey
Tuten
Brashard
Etienne
Gordon
Sampson

It’s a tad early for me. Lots of holes and it’s a deep class for RB. I personally think not counting QB there are bigger fish to fry. WR/DT/LB/CB/OL all have gaps. When I can bring in a vet and draft a RB later, I kinda think you have to go that route. However the kid has shown he can take a pounding and never seems to give up. Wouldn’t be my favorite pick but I could get behind it (if it works out) :)
