2025 Offseason Roster

Goff and Hurts don't scare me either, but they QB the best teams in the NFC.
The Lions are going to take a step back. Hurts has taken his team to 2 Super Bowls. I wanted him the second round and Lamb in the first. If only management had listened to me. Ruggs would’ve been on a different team and most likely not in jail.

I don't think so. For who? Lion window is still wide open. Eagles will, but that's just because it's tough to repeat, but that team is still loaded. I said it right after the season that the Rams are my favorite next year out of the NFC if they shore up their line, but those two will be right there. Their QBs are a big part of that, and people usually don't have either in their top ten lists.

I agree nothing we did should prevent a qb being drafted. By people ignoring that being Carroll’s hand picked qb, was meant more for the Brady's going to do the picking crowd. They've already shown that's not going to be the case. He'll have input for sure but he isn't going to solely make the pick

We started with Stafford who has no ties to Pete. I think Brady is the #1 voice on who our QB will be long term.

Ok I don’t really know anything about him.

Missed 20 games the last two years and has a bad back.
Still complaining about his contract, which is allegedly why they haven't dealt him yet because he doesn't want to restructure. He's making the same $21 mil this upcoming year as Ramsey who is a superior player even at 30.

He's finished top 10 five times. That's a weird barometer.

Just saying for a rookie, it was good, and his second half was way better than the first half. He had 7/5 the first half and 22/7 the second half. You could see that just watching them week to week that he was getting better. I'd love to shit on him as much as the next Raider fan, but if we had a rookie QB play like that, we'd be giddy.

So he had a great half season then.

When I think of a stellar rookie season I think of Daniels or Stroud, not something closer to Mac Jones's rookie season.

He showed promise for sure, especially at the end, but he sputtered largely until playing the Chiefs' backups and the NFC South.

We had 10 years to draft a guy and the team refused to bring someone in for fear of hurting PB's fragile ego. No team would have stuck with him that long.

Fuck him then

30 Touchdowns isn't stellar for a rookie? Took his team to the playoffs.

Somebody has to be a contrarian here, lol. Everybody expected the Broncos to suck last year. Defense was good, but it's meaningless if the QB keeps putting up 7 and 5 stats for the whole year, which is why they started off terrible, and if you watched him and saw the same as Mac Jones, I don't know what to tell you. He wasn't that. Payton didn't actively hide him weekly, and he didn't fade at the end of his rookie year like Jones. Actually the opposite happened. We played those same bad NFC South teams and lost to all of them except the limp dick Saints without Derek. Furthermore, they only played one of them in the second half of the season. So the NFC South teams were the teams he threw most of the 7 TDs against, lol.

29 on 567 attempts, it's less impressive. And he did have a top 3 D, so I wouldn't put the playoffs all on him. Solid rookie season for sure. Still wouldn't call it stellar. Semantics? Probably.
I asked AI and it said:
Yes, Bo Nix had a stellar rookie year with the Denver Broncos. He led the team to its first playoff berth in nearly a decade, and he set several rookie and franchise records. Nix also earned multiple Rookie of the Week honors and was named an AP Offensive Rookie of the Year finalist.

Here's a more detailed look at his performance:
  • Led the Broncos to the playoffs: Nix guided the Broncos to their first 10-win season since 2015 and a playoff appearance.

  • Rookie records: He broke multiple NFL rookie records, including the most games with 200 passing yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions.

  • Impressive stats: Nix completed 66.3% of his passes for 3,775 yards and 29 touchdowns, leading all rookies in those categories.

  • Rushed for yards: He also contributed as a rusher, gaining over 400 yards on the ground.

  • Played with injury: Nix reportedly played through a broken back for a portion of the season.

  • High expectations: While some experts questioned his rookie potential, Nix not only exceeded those expectations but also led the team to a higher win total than many anticipated.
