2025 Mock Draft thread...

I don’t know man, something about a 6’1” 245 pound defensive end just doesn’t scream top 10 pick to me.
Granted he was a bit heavier but Freeney worked out. Could be more the exception than the rule though

Final mock from The Athletic

Prepare yourself.

6. Las Vegas Raiders: Kelvin Banks Jr., OT/G, Texas

Jeanty is off the board in this scenario, and new Raiders general manager John Spytek values the trenches on both sides of the ball. Mason Graham could be in play here, especially with Christian Wilkins coming off injury, but I keep hearing offensive line for Las Vegas — either Banks or Armand Membou.
Our beat writers stink. Vinny’s being a sheep? If he actually heard something, did he keep quiet? And let McShay break the rumor?

Prisco's final mock:

Kelvin Banks Jr. OT
Texas • Jr • 6'5" / 315 lbs

Projected Team

Las Vegas

PROSPECT RNK

POSITION RNK

With Jeanty off the board, they go big and take a right tackle who can start right away. Banks could also play guard if need be. They could also consider Mason Graham here, but I think they go big on offense.

Field Yates' final mock using Kiper's Intel:

6.

Yates' pick prediction: Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
Banks has been one of my favorite prospects throughout the process and has a lot of the traits you'd want from a high pick. He is experienced (42 career starts), has very good footwork and power, is only 21 years old and plays a premium position. Current Raiders starting left tackle Kolton Miller is entering the final year of his contract, and teams can never have enough quality offensive linemen. I've also heard Jeanty's name here, but he's off the board at No. 5 in this mock draft.

I 100% get it. I just think he offers a little of both off ball and edge. He is a very high risk pick at 6.

Elvis Dummerville was another but he wasn’t exactly a top 10 pick… plus both had 10 lbs or more on walker

Zierlein
Miller
Prisco
Brugler
Jeremiah
Ryan Wilson (CBS)
Breer
McShay
Yates/Kiper

All giving us Banks. Who gets the fuck you thread: Pete, Spytek, or both?
Just fucking wild how they all changed the day before the draft. I don't think any of them had Banks to us before yesterday. Weird. If we do take Banks then Spytek is going to have to answer questions about the leak.

And he was hella strong and super productive. Just wacky numbers. I wanted that fucking midget on my team something serious.

Someone at the presser needs to find their sack and ask them about that. When they duck the question, someone else needs to press the issue. They won't get an answer, but they still need to shame these dorks for letting it happen.

...not that there was any risk at fucking all of another team trading ahead of us for this fucking guy. But on general principle. Shame them into doing better.
