NEW: 60-year-old cancer survivor is trying to become the oldest person to play college football.

Tom Green, a 60-year-old freshman political science major at McDaniel College, has made the football roster.

Green owns a wooden pallet company in Pennsylvania and never went to college.

In 2015, he was diagnosed with Stage IV kidney cancer. He said he "was checking out in 2017," but ended up beating cancer.

Green plays defensive line and made the DIII team as a walk-on. He is also a full-time student, as that is a requirement to play on the team.

"I knew that the number was 61, that's the oldest player who ever played. I'm going to be 61 in June, so I'm [going to] be tying that record. But he [the record holder] just kicked extra points; he was a kicker," Green said to a local news outlet.

Moore sentenced to 18 months probation, no jail time.

Judge said the facts of the case didn't warrant incarceration, however concerning the incident, he stated:

“Frankly Mr. Moore, you had no right to do what you did. I know she was placed in fear. It was a traumatic experience for you, it was certainly a traumatic experience for her. But you had no right to spread your pain to her.”

Are you crazy? lol. I do mitt and heavy bag speed bag work. Actually there's a couple dudes I wouldn't mind sparring with lol. My old boss, who used to train there a lot, got into with my trainer who is an ex professional light heavy/cruiserweight. They are pretty tight, but one day his spoiled young daughter who was training there started mouthing off and someone called her out for being a little spoiled bitch. My ex boss comes in and challenges my trainer to a sparring session. Big mistake. My trainer tried to talk him out of it but he kept insisting so Aaron hit him with one liver shot and it was over. I didn't see it but he said he was crawling on the mat trying to get to his corner lol.

If you run into someone with a broken looking nose and or cauliflower ears, you might want to avoid them.

Update: ladder truck showed up. Wasn't tall enough.
Second ladder truck then showed up. They have been rescued
