If the O-Line can step up that would go a ways to changing attitudes. As it stands 3 of the 5 starters are getting their shit pushed in far too often. Parham, Glaze and obviously Capa. The other two are somewhat doing okay but certainly nothing to write home about and praise.
 

So get asked in the context of last season. Part of the deal is Parham plays much better at RG than LG. JPJ plays more powerfully at C than Meredith.

My guess is we have three new interior O-lineman next season. This is a set up for inferiority.

Yah I'm right behind you. I don't see this thing getting better anytime soon. I thought maybe Pete would have brought some stability to the organization but it looks like another in the long line of bad hires. Not at all impressed with this coaching staff.

Yeah. I think this is gonna be another wasted season (sigh). the most troubling aspect of it is that supposedly the team improved at HC and OC. but so far, that's not the case at all. Pete has bungled the JPJ situation badly. No player can look at that and think that's the right way to handle things. Playing a washed up player like Cappa while the better option sits is absurd, petty and obstinate. Hiring his kid as OL coach was dumb.

And Chip Kelly looks like he should go back to college. They lose this weekend (likely)- season's over and back to square one. Sell the fucking team.

I think Pete just made some terrible choices in his coaching staff. Just cant keep bringing in new guys every year but I have lost a lot of faith in Pete. I thought he would at least have the team prepared even though I wasn't expecting more than 7-8 wins.

Since 1970, teams that go 1-3 to start the season have a 14% chance of attaining the playoffs.

Lose Sunday and we can migrate to the draft forum and start discussing interior linemen Raiders can draft.
