2024 Free agency...

Best cb in the draft (or 1b to mitchell) is a solid first pick. Like both. Like a lot of OL. Like Murphy. Nabers and Harrison jr are special. Its a a strong draft through about 20 picks. 2nd tier is good well into round 2.

He's one of the most overrated players in the draft. No measurables to speak of and had the luxury of playing with a ton of real talent. Dude will be exposed at the next level and will be a bust. I think the kid we drafted last year, Bennett, is a superior prospect.

Arnold? Or Mitchell? I've watched arnold enough live to say he's superior to Kool-aid who will also be a solid NFL CB. Mitchell I've only watched cut ups. But I see why he's got the hype he does

guessing its arnold as Mitchell blazed his 40.

If you liked witherspoon last year... Arnold is a similar player. He's got "enough" measurables but good coverage instincts and skills.

Put me in the Mitchell camp. Not like I’ve watched a whole shitload on either, but from what I did see of Mitchell’s skill at the Senior Bowl and his measurables at the combine, he seems to have a huge upside. Obviously he hasn’t had the greatest level of competition At Toledo, but I do like me some HWS! And Mitchell has a distinct advantage there over Arnold.

yea if you want the HWS guys - Wiggins or Mitchell are your guys. If you want a guy who can flat play - Arnold and to a lesser extent his runningmate Kool-Aid are your guys.

Arnold. I think he's a JAG that was surrounded by a ton of talent. I prefer Wiggins if we are taking a CB in the first round.

while i get the take. I think he's the talent that made some of the other guys look good. Turner is going to be decent in the NFL. Kool Aid got some hype that died a little over the year. Bama is always going to be a "stacked" program until the hype dies down a bit. But they lost a ton of talent to the draft last year... and Arnold only looked better.

The best thing about Arnold is he matched up against a lot of highly rated WRs and the film will translate. You don't have to project as much with him.

exactly why he bypassed Kool-Aid. Neither are athletic marvels. Arnold played very well against really good talent.

Thought Graham and Howard did not like each other?

Never heard that. I Remember Flores basically made sure they didn't trade him during his impasse with the front office after they brought on Jones and he wanted a raise. Can't remember if Graham was still there. I can't really see anybody getting upset with Graham though. He seems like a mild mannered teacher type of coach, not the ride your ass type.

You never know but I look at Nix as the highest floor QB in the draft. At a minimum he should be able to do what Purdy is doing with SF. He seems like a QB the Shanahan tree guys would love.
He sounds like Derek Carr so at a minimum………?
