Couldn't find a thread for this, but thought it might work for ticket information and maybe about who is going to be at which game. For me, I'll be at the Chiefs game on 10/21. I only get down for one a game each year these days (young kids= no money) and it's always the 1st home game after my birthday. The past few years I've been fortunate enough to get invited to a suite for a game as well (thanks Mike!), but that's a wait and hope type of thing.

Here's more:

Exclusive Purchase Opportunity

The Oakland Raiders announced today that they will make the newly-created Raiders Three Pack and Individual Tickets to September home games available to fans in attendance during the 2007 Raider Nation Celebration. The 2007 Raider Nation Celebration will take place on Thursday, August 9 at McAfee Coliseum from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Raiders Three Pack is a three-game ticket package available for the first time that guarantees great seats to this year’s hottest games. Fans can choose which three games they want to attend. Each Raiders Three Pack will consist of one game from each group:

Group 1: Kansas City Chiefs or Denver Broncos or San Diego Chargers
Group 2: Chicago Bears or Indianapolis Colts
Group 3: Detroit Lions or Cleveland Browns or Houston Texans

All Raiders Season Ticket, Club Ticket, and Suite Holders will have the opportunity to purchase the Raiders Three Pack and Individual Tickets to September home games prior to the general public. Tickets will only be available to the general public in attendance at the Raider Nation Celebration exclusively from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. After the event concludes, tickets will not be made available to the general public again until August 15.

ABOUT THE 2007 RAIDER NATION CELEBRATION

Admission to the 2007 Raider Nation Celebration is free to Season Ticket, Club Seat and Luxury Suite holders and $5 for others. All children under the age of 14 will also be admitted free when accompanied by an adult. Advance tickets are currently available at all RAIDER IMAGE locations, at the McAfee Coliseum box office and also online. Tickets will also be available at McAfee Coliseum on the date of the event.

The 2007 Raider Nation Celebration is an exciting, family friendly event featuring current Raiders players and coaches, Raider Legends, and the Raiderettes – Football’s Fabulous Females. Head Coach Lane Kiffin will introduce the coaching staff and players, and fans will enjoy watching the team engage in on-field activities. The event also features interactive Kids Zones, select autograph and photo opportunities with the Raiderettes and Raiders Legends, a "Hall of Fame" area featuring the Super Bowl Trophies and a stroll down Raider memory lane, and live interviews with Legends and current players.

I was going to go to the Celebration but it turns out I have to register for classes that day so I'll have to stay home and make sure everything goes well.

It's so tough to make it with school and work going on, but I may be going to the first preseason game. I saw tickets online for flippin' 5 bucks.

I may not go if J-Rock isn't signed, though, as a form of protest. :nono:

Tuesday's news: Running back Kevin Jones, recovering from Lisfranc surgery on his left foot, continues to show progress in his rehabilitation. "He's running very well. He's not there yet, but he's doing well,'' said Lions president Matt Millen. The Lions will likely wait two more weeks before determining whether Jones will be ready to play in the regular-season opener Sept. 9 against the Oakland Raiders.
