I wonder if Joyner takes his paycheck and packs it in. If Randell plays well, which we all hope, it kinda eliminates the option of moving to FS. That leaves Joyner trying to hold back the tide that is Amik Robertson. Not much upside for him in Vegas.

I loved when the color guys were saying that Herbert should throw to Mike Williams to take advantage of the mismatch in size and Amik pretty much shut him down the rest of the way. The kid has game and although he is probably better suited as an inside guy, he showed he could play outside. He's also a very good tackler like Hobbs. Glad he was able to turn things around.

Arnette should never see the field again. It certainly looked to me like he packed it in last night.

Amik was definitely one of the few bright spots last night along with Philon. If anything, Amik was an upgrade versus Arnette when he came in.

On the other hand, that backup guard (Brooks? Simmons? Whoever the f@##) that they brought in when Elemenour went down was absolutely brutal; that was about the worst performance that I have ever seen from a player actually collecting a pay check to play. Singlehandedly killed the drives he was in the game for. In comparison, that dude makes Dallin Leavitt seem like a legitimate NFL player. I don’t ever want to see that guy again; can’t cut him quick enough. At least use N Martin and his undersized ass as a backup G.

Did you mean Simmons? What happened to Elemenour anyway? He has played decent

Yes, and not sure what happened to Elemenour. Good thing he was able to come back otherwise we would have been shutout - there was no possibility of scoring while Simmons was in there. Couldn’t run block and was an absolute turnstile in pass protection.

I like Robertson. I think he can play and honestly his bulldog attitude is appealing. Arnette hasn't shown shit since he's been on the team. If the perpetually injured Mullen is out a while, I'd like to see Robertson get snaps.

Amik has done enough to make me think he can do okay in spot duty. He was one of the positives from last night.
