    Let’s go Baby!

LAS VEGAS — After attending the Raiders’ player-driven workouts in Las Vegas as spectators, rookie receivers Henry Ruggs III and Bryan Edwards finally started working out the past two weeks — to rave reviews from teammates.

“Henry and Bryan look really good,” tight end Derek Carrier said in a telephone interview. “Their ability to be able to contribute right away is very clear. I am so excited to see them on the field. This draft class definitely has the ability to do some serious work in its first year.”

It will be nice to get some normalcy for a change. I hope they get to play the season some way, some how.

Is TV contracts alone enough to sustain the NFL even for 1 season?... Ticket revenue sharing was a major source of income for NFL teams....

I would think 50% capacity would work...seat fans 2 seats apart and every other row with masks required

    Isn't that 25% capacity?

Would be if you split it that way.. but if a family of 4 buys tickets.. they can sit next to each other.. but yeah.. good point... more like in the 35-40% range

I hate the thought of it, but if fans aren’t allowed to go to games I wouldn’t mind it they allowed advertising on players jerseys just for this season

They're gonna have to do something.. I just dont know how NFL teams can pay in that 171 million in salary range, traveling expenses, staff salaries etc... And doesnt the new stadium have to be paid on a yearly basis?

I don’t see why luxury boxes couldn’t be available. Maybe close off every other section and open every other third row?

You have to remember that if there are no fans, other costs will go down as well, since less staff is needed at the stadium itself. Concessions, vendors, maintenance, etc won't utilized. Security would be at a minimum, if only to turn people away from the stadium. The utilities would be a lot lower as well. I'm not saying that it will offset the cost of losing fans, but it is less that each team has to put out over the season.

They should go fanless if they go at all.

Mark‘s point is that the NFL should be uniform about it, however it chooses to go. IDK if I agree with him but sharing more revenue might be a better CV19 idea.

There's an agreement between the NFL and NFLPA to conduct daily COVID-19 testing, per source with knowledge of situation. The players had pushed very hard for it.
