Senior prospects: Top 20
So we're going LT in RD1 right?
That's been the early prediction from all the mocks I've seen. I'm not ready to jump on that wagon just yet.
Granted, drafting a guy who'll start at RT right away before graduating to LT when Penn falls off (again) is appealing, but I want to see how badly Austin Howard performs before prioritizing tackle.
Hargreaves seems like a plausible early target, as does an actual DE unless Mack or, however unlikely, Valles moves into that role and locks it down. I fear we'll be saddled with Edwards starting on the other side for the next couple years.
Shawn Oakman ...
Gonna need to see a lot from Oakman this year.
Yeah someone was on him about 15 months ago...
This draft starts and ends with Joey Bosa though.
...somebody woke up the draft geek. eh?
Unless Carr continues to do scared QB shit, we should be out of Bosa range.
Who am I kidding?
With the first pick of the 2016 NFL draft, the Oakland Raiders select...
Welcome to September!
And if you subscribe now, he'll throw in a six-pack of Labatt's when you order his draft guide...
I'm gonna have to work on my price point.
19.95 did not go over well here.
If that's the situation, I go Hackenberg, although Bosa is a monster
Is Hackenberg a #1 overall kind of guy? Seems kinda hit or miss.
I like him. I think he's a true pro-style QB and he's been coached by 2 solid offensive minds already at Penn St.
Top recruit, lived up to the hype so far. I don't think people realize how shitty that program would be without Hack at QB
I :::liked::: Hackenberg more than any QB not named Andre Luck in the last decade.
But gawd damn was he bad last year.
Show me more, kid.
Boykin intrigues the hell out of me too. Probably the Al Davis in me there though, LOL.
Ronnie Stanley would probably be my #1 target. I thought he would have been the top tackle this year too.
I assume he's going top 5 or top 10 though.
I thought he played well towards the end of last year, but started out the year rough without Robinson.
He definitely needs a strong year.
Boykin, at this point, seems like an elite college QB but I don't know how much I like his transition.
TCU runs a lot of spread concepts and he had arguably the 2 fastest WRs on the planet last year. No doubt the guy is a baller, tho.
We'll be drafting 23rd so forget all this bullshit.
We'll be top five again this year, it's the Reggie guarantee.
