In this thread, we gonna talk about my favorite soccer team in the world, Inter Milan. Inter hasn't been the same since 2010 when they won an historic treble, winning the Italian Serie A title, The Coppa Italia, and UEFA Champions League in the same year. Juventus, our bitter arch rivals, have dominated the domestic league for the past 9 years. This year, things appear to have changed dramatically. Inter, under the new ownership of Suning Corporation, have invested hundreds of millions of dollars into the team and the results are that Inter are once again buying top shelf players in order to compete with Juventus. The Italian Serie A season opened this past weekend and after Game 1, Inter find themselves in first place after a 4-0 thrashing of Lecce in which Inter's biggest signing, Romelu Lukaku, scored in his Italian debut. Going to be an interesting and wild soccer season in Italy this year. Buckle up.
