It makes sense that the Raiders would have a few guys high in the polls for the Pro Bowl--they have a lot of supremely talented players to go along with a few really big holes.

We have our first update on Pro Bowl voting, and Carr is in the top 5, but 3rd among QBs behind Dak and Brady.

Here are the rest of the leaders.

How can Brady represent the AFC in the Pro Bowl during a season for which he was suspended 4 games for err.... umm - cheating ?

I hate the fan vote. Should be coaches, GMs, scouts, etc..

Biggest WTF moment so far... Reggie Nelson leading FS voting in the AFC?

Isn't there anyone else in the league at FS?
I think the explanation might lie behind the fact that Penn and Osemele get on that list, but Hudson gets left off (he's been just as solid as the other 2). Think back to the Sunday night game against the Broncos, which happened to be our only nationally televised game. The announcers couldn't stop ball washing Penn and Osemele, and now the rest of the country suddenly knows who Penn and Osemele are. Throw in Nelson getting an INT that game and Olawale being the FB helping create the holes... and you can't help but think that 90% of the voters based their decision on that game.....

F'n Pro Bowl. The Hall of Fame voting is only slightly less pathetic.....
